Baked Sushi

Ingredients
Sushi Rice:
4
cups
cooked rice
1
tsp
sesame oil
3
tbsp
rice vinegar
Creamy Crab Mix:
16
oz
imitation crab
1
cup
sour cream
1
cup
mayonnaise
Extras or Additional Toppings
Furikake Seasoning
green onions
Unagi sauce
Spicy mayo
Korean Nori (Roasted Seaweed)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 450°F.
Combine sesame oil and vinegar. Pour on hot rice and mix. Set aside.
Combine imitation crab, sour cream, and mayonnaise.
Spread the sushi rice into a 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle furikake over the rice. Layer on the creamy crab mixture.
Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes or broil the sushi on high for 8-12 minutes until the top just starts to brown and bubble.
Sprinkle on more of the furikake seasoning and drizzle on the unagi sauce and spicy mayo. Garnish with green onions and any other additions.
Serve with the nori sheets and enjoy!
