Evenly split the Chex, pretzels, and almonds between two large foil pans. Gently mix all of the ingredients.
Preheat the oven to 250°F.
Melt the butter in a pot over medium heat. Add the sugar in and mix until dissolved. Mix in the honey, oil, and shoyu. Stir constantly for about 2 minutes.
Remove from the heat and pour sauce evenly amongst the 2 pans. Use two spatulas to mix the sauce into the chex mix gently.
Sprinkle the furikake seasoning between the 2 pans. Put the 2 pans into the oven and bake at 250°F for 1 hour. Take the 2 pans out of the oven every 15 minutes to toss the mix and prevent burning.
